Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Trainer to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 2-3 years of experience in BPO training. Strong communication and coaching skills are essential.
Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering training programs, evaluating training needs, providing feedback, and facilitating trainings for new and existing employees. Experience in General Insurance or Property & Casualty Insurance is preferable.
This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift, available in both day and night schedules, Monday to Friday. We offer a 13th-month salary and performance bonuses.
