Job Description
Robinsons Land is seeking a dedicated Legal Associate to join our Office of the Corporate Secretary. The Legal Associate will provide vital support by assisting the Corporate Secretary and the Assistant Corporate Secretary, preparing for various meetings, drafting legal documents such as Board Resolutions and Minutes of Meetings, and ensuring compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Philippine Stock Exchange.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
