Job Description

BENBY ENTERPRISES, INC is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving, processing, and verifying the accuracy of customer orders.
• Initiating necessary actions for responding to customer service requests and order changes.
• Providing high-quality service to both internal and external customers.
• Extracting order information to support customer service management.
• Processing Purchase Orders (PO).
