Job Description
DIAMOND MANPOWER MANAGEMENT SERVICES is seeking a qualified HR Coordinator to oversee and mentor contractor workers at client locations. Your responsibilities will include providing work assignments, inspecting contractor work, managing attendance, and ensuring compliance with health and sanitation standards.
You will serve as a representative of the agency, attending meetings and disseminating information to workers. This role requires you to supervise all aspects of contractor operations, ensuring the team meets performance and cleanliness standards while achieving set goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php500.00 per day
Experience: 1 year as a Delivery Driver (Preferred)
License/Certification: PDL (Preferred)
