Job Description
Hyundai Trucks and Buses is seeking a dedicated Parts and Service Manager to provide after-sales services and technical support to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently. You will also monitor the quality of products and services offered.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in automotive technology, business administration, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in managing an automotive service department
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
- Proficient in computer skills and automotive service management software
