Job Description
KAV Travel and Tours is seeking a dedicated Travel Consultant to assist customers with their travel plans, manage hotel reservations, and provide exceptional customer service.
Duties:
– Handle reservations inquiries.
– Assist with hotel bookings and travel arrangements.
– Provide information on amenities and local attractions.
– Upsell additional services.
– Resolve complaints professionally.
– Maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
– Experience in hospitality or customer service.
– Strong communication skills.
