Job Description

At SapientBPO in Makati, we are looking for a dedicated Gaming Support Specialist to assist our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with their inquiries.
• Resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Needed qualifications are:

• High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate.
• Good communication skills.
• 6 months of BPO experience (any account accepted) or college graduates without BPO experience.
