Job Description
Tech Communications PH is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Hotel Reservations Specialist to join our team. We offer a competitive salary between Php20,00.00 – Php29,00.00 per month, HMO with two free beneficiaries from Day One, and opportunities for rapid career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Escalate priority problems according to client standards.
- Ensure one-call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Qualifications:
- No experience required; BPO experience is a plus.
- At least a High School or ALS Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
