Job Summary: The IT Associate is responsible for maintaining computer hardware across assigned stores.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain computer hardware effectively.
- Ensure successful updates of systems and master files.
- Keep transaction data intact, complete, and secure.
- Perform audits of price integrity executions.
- Assist with cycle count activities.
- Report all system incidents and exceptions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- 1 year of experience in clerical work, including data entry and inventory.
- Able to work at designated Waltermart branches.
