Job Description
Join our team at Sapient Customer Solutions (SCS) as a Flight Reservation Support Agent! We are looking for candidates with good English communication skills, including high school graduates, college undergraduates, vocational graduates, and K12/senior high school graduates.
Responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction related to products, services, billing, and account management. Full-time, permanent positions are available with a competitive pay range of Php 18,00.00 – Php 28,00.00 per month.
