Job Description
About the Job: The Health and Wellness Associate will support the Health and Wellness Officer in promoting and managing employee health and wellness initiatives. This role enhances employee wellbeing through the implementation and evaluation of health, safety, and wellness programs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Health and Wellness Officer on program assessments.
- Implement wellness initiatives based on employee feedback.
- Ensure programs are inclusive and tailored to diverse needs.
- Track participation rates and outcomes.
- Assist in crisis management related to employee health.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; experience in health and wellness program management is a plus; strong analytical and communication skills.
