Job Description
Riesa Management Inc. is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist responsible for managing HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations. You will consult with executives on HR decisions, bridging the gap between management and employees while ensuring compliance with legal standards. You should have a strong background in recruitment, coaching, and HR administration.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, with at least 1 year of experience in HR practices. Must possess excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month.
