Job Description

Pelicen Inc. is seeking a dedicated Retention Manager to oversee assigned accounts and enhance client retention efforts. Your role will involve account replenishment, assessments, and staying updated with market trends.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain active status of all assigned clients
• Promote account strength maintenance
• Upsell company offers and services
• Educate clients on techniques and strategies
• Develop customer retention and growth strategies
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive upsell opportunities
• Update clients on market events and trends
• Ensure client compliance with regulatory requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year experience in a customer success role
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Proven sales experience is required
• Knowledge in Forex, CFDs, and Commodities
