Job Description

Global Dominion Financing, Inc is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Collection Associate. This role requires candidates with backgrounds in telemarketing, collections, or customer service.

Qualifications:

• Experience in telemarketing or tele-collections, collections operations, and customer service is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good understanding of our products or services and their billing structures.
• Basic computer skills.
• High school or college graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduates welcome.
