Job Description

Cobden & Carter International is seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to enhance our customer service team. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary duty will be to support our valued customers by:

• Providing introductory information to new customers
• Handling complaints and inquiries
• Following up with clients post-purchase
• Notifying customers of additional products
• Troubleshooting common issues
• Collaborating with team members to find solutions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php19,00.00 per month
