Job Description
Salient Pearl Corporation is seeking a dedicated Credit and Collections Supervisor to lead our team in Malolos, Bulacan. Your primary duties will include managing personnel operations, implementing Credit & Collection SOP policies, and achieving ideal collection efficiency.
Qualifications include a graduate degree (2 or 4-year) and at least one year of experience in a similar role. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential. Experience in the appliance industry is a plus.
This is a full-time position with a salary starting at Php16,00.00 per month, along with benefits like a 13th-month salary and opportunities for career advancement.
