Job Description
Join our team at SapientBPO in Makati as a Customer Support Specialist! In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain interaction records.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
- Good Communication Skills
- 6 months of BPO experience (any account accepted)
- College graduate without BPO experience
Salary: Php18,00 – Php27,00 per month
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, Night shift
