Job Description
Job Function:
Responsible for promoting an effortless customer experience and operational excellence involving customers’ payments, whether cash or charge, in accordance with established cashiering systems and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers with proper greeting and composure throughout the transaction.
- Secure initial cash fund, SMAC Kits, and necessary supplies.
- Verify and authenticate mode of payment.
- Prepare cash and relevant sales documents for turnover to respective departments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or college level with experience.
