Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years in process and governance roles is required, alongside relevant certifications in CMMi, ITIL, COBIT, and more.

The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of process governance, service reviews, and audit practices. Responsibilities include managing process compliance quality assurance, overseeing service reviews and audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
