Job Description

Accolade Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic Office and Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Encoding client records
• Contacting agents and clients
• Maintaining organized filing systems
• Managing the schedule of their immediate superior
• Assisting in day-to-day tasks

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 2-yr to 4-yr business course
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup
• Attention to detail
• Willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City
• Background in banking, insurance, or finance is a plus
