Job Description
Join Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA as an Order to Cash Specialist. In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in operations, ensuring timely execution of activities and adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will collaborate with global and local teams, driving process improvements and overseeing workstreams to resolve outstanding issues effectively.
Responsibilities include coaching team members, identifying opportunities for automation, and gathering process metrics for improvement. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, and at least 5 years of project management experience. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
