Job Description
Main Purpose of the Job: Drive profitable growth for Distributor key customers by collaborating with Field Sales Managers to create effective customer business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive customer business plans.
- Establish efficient order-to-cash processes.
- Comply with company policies and safety regulations.
- Lead negotiations and selling strategies.
- Achieve customer targets and KPIs.
- Ensure successful execution through teamwork.
- Coach the Distributor Major Customer Specialist.
