Job Description

Join our team at Eteam Workforce Private Corp. as a Telemarketer! You will be responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls, assisting clients with their policy renewals and inquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Vocational Course Grad
• At least 6 months of experience with inbound-outbound calls or client coordination
• Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent listening skills with the ability to manage irate clients

Job Type: Contract (6 months). Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month.

Schedule: Day shift. Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus.
