Major Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate preparation and management of documents.
• Document numbering, sorting, filing, storing, and retrieval for various departments.

Minor Responsibilities:

• Take minutes during departmental meetings.
• Support process reviews and GWP audits.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering/Office Management or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; related experience is a plus.
• Knowledge in document management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Good communication skills; willing to work in Cupang, Muntinlupa City.

Pay: Php 15,00.00 – Php 17,00.00 per month.
