Job Description
Join the Centre Medicale Internationale as a Patient Booking Team Associate! In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to patients regarding their appointments, procedures, and inquiries. Responsibilities include coordinating patient concerns, maintaining appointment logs, and ensuring compliance with clinic SOPs. You will also facilitate teleconsultations, handle calls professionally, and promote our products and services.
This is a full-time position with various benefits including health insurance, additional leave, employee discounts, and opportunities for promotion.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shifts, 8-hour shifts, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary and overtime pay.
