Job Description
Orbit Hub Philippines is looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to fill the position of Airline Reservation Agent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about airline policies, services, and promotions.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and patience.
Qualifications:
- Must be amenable to working onsite (office-based).
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Conversational English skills are required.
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month. Benefits include health insurance and paid training.
