Job Description

- Become subject matter experts for the assigned system domain.
- Maintain and prioritize the development team’s backlog for each sprint.
- Collaborate with product managers to understand prioritized feature scope.
- Develop user stories and requirements to achieve feature goals.
- Coordinate with other product owners on dependencies across domains.
- Work with design teams to prepare deliverables for development.
- Refine tickets in preparation for each sprint and test PBIs with stakeholders.
- Assist in resolving live site incidents and update the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in an agile environment as a business analyst or product owner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through ambiguity.
- Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and communication skills.
