Job Description
TPS Shared Services Inc. is seeking a Part-time Building Maintenance staff member to ensure the safety, functionality, and appearance of our facilities in Biñan, Laguna. This role involves performing minor repairs, conducting routine inspections, and maintaining building systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and maintain building systems.
- Perform minor repairs and upkeep.
- Report any major repair needs.
- Ensure safety compliance and cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Pay: Up to Php560.00 per day. Benefits include promotion opportunities and a 13th-month salary.
