Job Description

Vista is seeking a Payroll Coordinator who is open to fresh graduates! This role, based in Mckinley West, Taguig City, provides administrative support specifically for Payroll operations. The Payroll Coordinator will ensure accuracy in employee time and attendance, manage daily payroll transactions, and prepare essential reports for government contributions.

Key responsibilities include monitoring Kronos Time and Attendance System, verifying overtime and related salary premiums, and calculating maternity and sickness benefits. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional integrity. A Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field and 1-3 years of payroll experience is preferred.
