Job Description
CloudLogic is seeking a motivated Junior Technical Support professional to join our team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems.
- Providing technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks and updates.
- Maintaining records and documentation of inventory and service requests.
