Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Plant Operator to join our team at Balibago Waterworks System Inc. in Arayat, Pampanga. The ideal candidate should possess at least a high school diploma or vocational course (TESDA Certificate is a plus), have relevant experience in electromechanical or electrical/mechanical fields, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities include operating and monitoring plant production, conducting daily inspections, assisting skilled operators, and performing preventive maintenance. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of Php 13,00.00 per month.
