Job Description
MSL Global Corporation is seeking a dedicated Office Coordinator to maintain and monitor ongoing projects and their schedules. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, ensuring compliance with project frameworks, and managing manpower schedules. You will also handle job order forms, material checks, and project billing, while coordinating shuttle services and site requests.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS applications, and the ability to work under pressure. This position requires a hardworking, resourceful individual who is available for coordination calls even on weekends when manpower is onsite.
