Job Description

ILBY PTY LTD is seeking a motivated Virtual Customer Service representative to join our team. The salary range is AUD 400 – AUD 500, and payments will be made in Australian Dollars.

Requirements include:

• Work-from-home with a personal laptop/desktop and reliable internet connection.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Availability to work 6 days a week in fixed shifts from 7 AM to 11 PM.
• Experience in Airbnb or tourism is advantageous.

Responsibilities entail assisting guests, addressing inquiries, managing complaints, and providing top-notch service during their stay.
