Job Description
San Miguel Brewery Incorporated is seeking qualified candidates for the Manufacturing Operator position. The ideal applicant should meet the following minimum requirements:
- Graduate of a two (2) year Vocational/Technical course.
- TESDA TVET graduates who have completed the two-year Senior High school curriculum (preferably STEM) are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with electrical, electronic, instrumentation, or mechanical equipment maintenance.
- Willingness to work onsite in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
- Flexibility to work on a shifting schedule.
- Must exhibit unquestionable integrity.
This position offers full-time, permanent employment and is open to fresh graduates.
Compensation includes a 13th-month salary, overtime pay, and performance bonuses.
