Job Description
Probe CX is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Associate to manage our payroll processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll process, including timekeeping and payroll computation. You will prepare weekly final pay computations, track clearance forms, schedule releases, and update pay summaries for review. Coordination with HR for pay arrangements and addressing final pay queries are essential responsibilities.
Additionally, you will maintain various payroll records, preparing reports for monthly withholding tax and contributions to SS, PHIC, and HDMF. Assist the team with payroll trackers, including leave extraction, tracking incentives, and monitoring statutory contributions.
