Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Key Account Manager at AVS, you will oversee order processing, customer inquiries, and financial management. Key functions include:
- Manage and enter sales orders into our NetSuite system.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Create and send invoices, handling accounts receivable.
- Coordinate sales events and provide support to the sales team.
Device Specification:
- Minimum 16GB of RAM, I5 processor, SSD (at least 256GB).
- Windows 11 Professional preferred. High-speed internet required.
