Job Description
Berringer Hotel & Resort Inc. is seeking a passionate and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee operations and provide exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business administration and at least 5 years of experience in hotel management.
Key responsibilities include managing personnel, evaluating employee performance, maintaining budgets, resolving guest issues, and implementing marketing strategies. Candidates should possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills and exceptional leadership abilities.
This is a full-time position with a monthly pay range of Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00, plus benefits such as free parking and pay raises.
