Job Description
Join our dynamic team at SapientBPO MAKATI as a Social Media Specialist! In this role, you will:
- Assist customers with their inquiries.
- Resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Needed Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
- Good Communication Skills
- 6 months of BPO experience (any account accepted)
- College graduate without BPO experience
