Job Description

• Comply with Collections Standard Operating Procedures.
• Create strong customer service orientation and collaboration.
• Act as a point of escalation for collection concerns.
• Monitor and control delinquency, minimizing credit losses.
• Assist in field collections as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of collections experience.
• Willing to be based in Pateros, Manila.
