Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Experience in related admin work
- Impex admin experience (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience in admin tasks (creating invoices, etc.) (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support and create estimates and sales materials
- Communicate with branch offices in English
- Handle customer documents and communicate with clients
- Perform basic impex documentation tasks
Experience: 1 year in Sales Admin Staff (preferred)
Languages: Japanese (preferred)
