Job Description
Job Summary: The Operations Planning and Control Assistant acts as a point person in safeguarding company assets in the assigned store.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures cash & cash equivalents collections are intact and complete.
- Ensures validity of sales documents and exceptions.
- Ensures 100% accuracy of system inventory record.
- Secures all documents for inventory movements.
- Ensures correct documentation and updates records. Tags all fixed assets and non-consumable supplies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any business or accounting related courses.
- At least 1 year of experience handling audit or inventory management.
