QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Experience in an academic setting as a Dean Secretary is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other applications
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Available to start immediately
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
DUTIES:
- Provide administrative support to the Dean
- Assist employees, students, and clients
- Handle phone calls, appointments, and correspondence
- Manage office documents and mails
Pay: Starting from Php17,00.00/month. Benefits include health insurance.
