Job Description

Role Objective: Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and customers of Damstra Technology. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the initial contact point for users experiencing technical issues or inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calls, emails, and chats for client support.
• Analyze user issues and determine resolutions.
• Log Service Desk tickets accurately.
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal English.
• Triage support queue and escalate issues as necessary.

Required Qualifications:
