Job Description

Makati Shangri-La is a deluxe hotel located in the heart of Manila’s financial and commercial district, just minutes from the international airport. We are seeking a Sous Chef (Banquet) to join our dynamic team.

Duties:

The Sous Chef will oversee administration, operations, communication, cost control, hygiene, and quality standards. Implement all procedures in line with hotel policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an international hotel or resort.
• Strong background in Garde Manger Kitchen preferred.
• Knowledge in preparing and presenting cold foods.
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• Outgoing, motivated, and a team player.
