Position Overview:

Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to ticket sales, reservations, cancellations, and customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls regarding ticket inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
• Assist customers with the online ticketing platform.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
