Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via voice and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information and support for online streaming services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively resolving issues.
Needed Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of customer-facing experience required.
- College graduates without experience are welcome to apply.
- Amenable to work on-site at our UP Town Center location.
