Job Description
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with unit heads on training needs.
– Prepare training curriculum for Hub personnel.
– Coordinate training sessions and monitor attendance.
– Facilitate training sessions as directed.
– Collect feedback and ensure application of training.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
– 2-3 years of related experience.
– Willing to work on-site with a 6-day shift.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 8-hour day shift
