Job Description
Accounts We Offer:
Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco Accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customers’ needs to our products and services.
- Use influencing skills to address objections and secure customer commitments.
- Share essential information with clients and colleagues.
