Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect checks and financial documents securely.
- Forward invoices to appropriate departments.
- Deposit and encash checks, following security protocols.
- Deliver and pick up materials safely and on time.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Serve as a primary contact for clients.
- Collaborate with teams for efficient operations.
- Adhere to company policies on safety and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with clean record.
- Experience in cash handling or logistics preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
