Caldwell Communications is continuously looking for candidates for the position of Back Office Representative.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
• Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
• Match customer demands with Clients’ products and services.
• Use negotiation skills to recover from objections and secure customer buy-in.
• Share specific information with both internal and external clients.
